I keep receiving other peoples mail and vice versa. They won't deliver my packages to the door if they are too big to fit in the box. They leave a note in the box. We have a safe stop to the front door, nothing wrong with leaving packages on our porch!!! They won't come to the door for signed deliveries either. Some days they don't even run like today. It's not a holiday and there are two packages that have been at the post office for days. They need a new manager.

Budget cuts and constant route errors have made this place a horror to go to. Deliveries get lost or severely damaged or delayed. Just recently there has been a small package for me sitting at this location for 5 days and they can't find it even though it's been received and scanned in. Do they even care anymore?
Mailman continues to deliver my mail and packages to other peoples houses and I get others mail. I can put it back in my mailbox and it will sit there for a week and then have to take it to a blue box for it to be returned to me a few days later. No matter how many complaints with usps nothing gets done about this I’ve asked for phone calls back but get absolutely nothing!
The best thing USPS has ever done is implement the self service kiosk, for stamps , to mail letter & packages. No hassles, no fuss , no stress of waiting in line.
I have a package at the post office because they are too lazy to deliver it. I called the US Postmaster to file a complaint for this..it’s happened several times! I also filed a complaint because they keep the phone off the hook all the time! They definitely do not deserve to get paid what they do!! They lie and are very unprofessional!!
I have the worst mail lady on the planet!! Slams down packages! Says she can’t deliver my mail when there is NO SNOW!!! I wish I could fire her!!! I would gladly pay a fee for all my mail to be brought by anyone else!!
Scanned my package on a truck but didn’t actually put it in the truck.. Mail lady sat in front of my house for 15 minutes looking for it and didn’t update me. Amazon is the one who had to update me and tell me all of this and that I can only pick it up at the post office. It’s literally 4 days before Christmas
I have never had anything but a great experience here. All of the agents are extremely knowledgeable and several are overworked but Aways smiling. I go often because I have to mail eBay products. They shouldn’t have anything less than a 5 rating in all areas. They have been even more professional during the Covid-19 pandemic. My hat goes off to them. Many thanks
