I highly recommend going down the hill to Branford instead for a better/faster in-person experience. This location needs more staff but I'm not sure they will get any in the near future. When we had issues over a year ago with outgoing letters being left under new mail, RTS envelopes not being taken and packages left in the rain the lead guy (at the time) here really did not care at all. Branford is always fast and friendly and worth going a little out of the way for.

They do a good job here of handling the public. Main room kept clean and tidy.
The staff are extremely helpful: making suggestions for lower pricing and flat rates. Despite only have 1 or 2 workers, they are efficient so even if there are lines, they move quickly!
