Have not received mail for 3 straight days. I actually watched the mail truck bypass our block today!! Who do you talk to about this? What a bad service we have. I would be embarrassed to work for this post office. Really sad.

Worst mail service I have ever had don’t get mail for days at a time informed delivery says I should get mail and never get it mail lady runs sometimes at 7 at night it is not safe for her DHS is not a safe place at night. Don’t get sales papers at all what is going on

Mail is missing from po box. Informed delivery says i have mail but it mysteriously does not make it into my pobox. A few checks i was waiting for were opened in the corner to see the amount. IRS mail never received. I was sent a picture from informed delivery showing my IRS stimulus notification it was never in my pobox. Its been two weeks and im still looking for it. Something fraudulent is going on with the mail delivery.

Worst customer service went in to pick up my package that was said was held there by my request never made such request and they tell me it’s out for delivery I’ve never had problems like this with fedex or ups they need to train their staff more and the girl who “helped” didn’t even bother to look fo my package what a big help the USPS needs to evaluate their employees

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. Most times there are lines where you have to wait but staff at the counter move the line as quickly as possible and are always attentive and willing to help.

Four days and no mail not even the store flyer, what's going on someone is asleep at the wheel bad service or very bad management I will address these issues with postmaster general, went today to check on mail some how I got mail ! these people can care less about the service they provide, Mr. Thomas Onligalivang should either be replaced or fired his employees are less then caring for the job they hold an asking for an investigation on this post office plain lie about deliveries we are tired of lies if we get any mail it;s very late on weekdays or none at all if you need more mailperson hired them
