Not sure why this post office doesn’t have rave reviews. They get a ton of traffic and are as quick as they can possibly be all while patiently trying to explain to people who are not prepared when called what they need to do to have their needs met. I give them props for what they have to endure and for their efficiency and customer service.

Late on delivery yet again. Went in to get it in person as I have successfully done many times prior and was denied because they have \too many packages that came in\. Awful

The lines can be long here, as it's a busy location. However, I have had good experiences overall with the staff moving the lines quickly. I have had good customer service as well, and sometimes it is over the top. Today was one of those times. We had a long morning before getting to the post office, and I was waiting in line with my young child. One of the workers who works in the lobby came over and asked her if she would like some stickers. The stickers made my kiddo's morning, and I appreciated the extra effort.

Customer service from the lady who gave me my packages was nice. But the handling of all my boxes were appalling. They delivered one of the boxes to the wrong address. It was clearly opened and items were missing. The person who opened it probably realized nothing was of worth to them and thoughtfully returned it to the post office. The boxes were poorly handled, looks like they were tossed around, banged up, handled like rag dolls. I’m so upset. Gonna have to submit a claim and complaint. This is ridiculous.
