I went in for the third time because I’m still not receiving mail. They keep telling me that the senders are filling out the address incorrectly so I mailed myself a letter which didn’t arrive. I went in again.... Same ole same ole - issue with the sender. 60 days at my new address and I’m still not getting mail. Ugh. On a side note, one of the guys working the counter sort of started an argument with a lady who came in and then talked about her out loud after she left. He wasn’t too nice to me either when I came in. I’d chalk it up to a bad day (we all have them) but the reviews sort of tell the same tale. Too bad there isn’t an option, you kind of have to use these guys. I’m not ranting here, hopefully the bad reviews will help make them make a positive change!

I have been waiting for a package forever and a day, I've lived at my address for 20 plus year's a package came for me but something was a little off with my address, instead of holding it there for me to come get they told me it was never there at all period. Well tracking from USPS said other wise. I have proof. Why didn't they hold my mail I saw it was there. 3 of them including the supervisor of the mail room denied it. They sent it back to the seller the same day. It was a stunning piece which meant a lot to mE. I'm heart broken the seller refunded my money which is not at all what I wanted. I wanted my package. Just really confused as to why they wouldn't hold it a day or 2.
Charles is my delivery man to my house. He is always polite and makes it a point to wave at me everyday. You can set your watch by this man always on time...
Absolutely the worst. Not only did they insisted that the address for the package I was sending was for Canada and not California, but also told me that I was wrong for sending it to Canada (after they told me to send it there). And now they can't find my package which has been in limbo for 45 days instead of just returning to sender.
Worst customer service ever. They are not helpful what so ever. Last time I went in they told me to come earlier. I was there 15 mins before they closed. Then she said you you should have a scan sheet so I don’t have to scan each individual package. I only had 5 boxes. It’s like everything is an ordeal and a horrible task. Today a customer came in asking if the PO Boxes were filled. The lady literally starting screaming at him saying I don’t do PO Boxes on Saturday. He asked if she knew when it would be done. She said I’m done with you walked off and grabbed another guy for him to talk to. Nothing but RUDE staff here. I will never ever visit this location again.
Marshal is one of the most RUDE and HORRIBLE Postal clerks I have ever had to deal with! What a disgrace that he hasn't been FIRED!
PHONE STAYS OFF THE HOOK - ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! Two days in a row, and I continually get a busy signal. Furthermore, carrier is tearing up mail boxes by repeatedly slamming them closed; the door falls down and and stays open.
