(four stars only due to the long wait time, Thomas gets ten stars) This review is mostly due to Thomas! This man needs a raise. The line was full of people trying to ship out holiday packages, who had been waiting 30 minutes, and Thomas was very calm, attentive, and helpful. He was helping multiple people at once, and answering people's questions as they came. He was efficient and knowledgeable, and even advised people to use a different box to save money. This location is always hectic and slightly dysfunctional, so it was very refreshing to have someone who was helpful and calm! Keep it up, Thomas!

There were a lot of customers in the store waiting in a line, and there was only one staff to take care of these people.
it’s a post office, never had a problem mailing. sometimes you wait a long time, sometimes you don’t. that’s just the way it works.
this place is a mess whoever is running this place should be replaced. if you have your personal box most of the time they will open your mail...they also allow any officer to your box without a court order violating your right!!! just be really careful with this location. even if they think someone is doing something wrong they need to go to a judge to request a court order they don't do that because they love to violate your right & your privacy ...if being dealing with this location for a long time you know I'm not lying to you, staff are really lazy they don't like to work and they getting paid crazy money
Customer service is unknown at this particular branch. I paid for 2 day shipping and it's been 7 days since the packages were left at the post office. They haven't been delivered nor updated in their tracking system. I called requesting a refund due to the fact that 2 day shipping is more expensive and they did not comply. I was very rudely told by the female employee that answered the telephone that unfortunately I'm not getting a refund and I just need to wait for the packages to arrive whenever they do, she then hung up on me. I called back stating that she rudely hung up on me and she stated that the reason she hung up was that I was not listening to her and I told her she wasn't listening to me either. She didn't answer why I was unable to get a refund for my shipping cost nor did she answer why they are still selling 2 day shipping to customers if she knows that there is a countrywide delay and packages will not be arriving in the specified time frame. I will exclusively use other companies to ship my packages from now on.
Some packages my mom ordered had the incorrect city/zip code, so instead of ending up in Cambridge (02139) it ended up getting sent here (02130). I called this post office in hopes of getting these 2 packages rerouted before being sent back to sender due to the incorrect address. I was able to get through to someone each time I called and both packages were correctly rerouted to Cambridge after I explained the mistake. Both women I spoke to were all business, and they were professional and nice when I explained the issues. I appreciated their efforts in locating the packages, then filing paperwork to correct the address, and then rerouting them. This is clearly not a typical day-to-day occurrence, but I can say that these 2 post office personnel I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and resolved the issue in a timely manner.
Terrible attention. I called in trying to get information from my local post office (JP) because I'm expecting a package and the tracking info on the usps website is not updated. This was the beginning of the conversation: (Me) - Hello, I have a tracking number and ...(the cut me here) (USPS representative) - Oh, so you have a tracking number and what am I supposed to do?! Really? This is not about performing good at your job this is about having the minimal social and civic manners to other human beings Never looking forward to interact with them. If this is because their working conditions are not good, they should try to find support to change them within the community not spit at us like this.
I actually look forward to going to the post office because of this location! I run an online store and regularly ship items out. Thomas loves to chat and always helps me by giving me tips on the best way to mail my packages.
