Big post office nice staff
Terrible. I have been in Third World Post Offices in the most backward of countries that are more efficient and better run than this post office. Never enough staff, long waits and surly clerks that feel that YOU owe THEM a favor. Outside of "Kerry", they should fire the entire bunch. If this is how most US Post Offices are run, its no wonder that the Postal Service in America is going belly up.
Friendly and patient. There are times when I’ve had to wait, but appreciate that the average age in this area is 70 and this warrants more time and patience.
It's a small station, but these guys are good and they try hard to offer the best service. They were patient with my issue and got the job done, even though at first I wasn't able to clearly communicate what I thought had happened with a delivery. In short order the situation got cleared up to everybody's satisfaction.
This place had been understaffed for too long! Thankfully, they have brought in an awesome new guy, Mike. I could tell in one visit, that this dude knows his stuff! Bravo USPS...you finally made a good move!
