Apparently this is an ongoing thing and of course they only have the 1800 number so you get stuck with the call center rather then the actual office number. My package has been here for over six days. I’ve made other orders beige this one and they’ve all arrived I don’t know what the hold up with this place is. I’ve literally watched it leave within one day and it hasn’t moved since. I had a package come all the way from California and this trip to Arkansas from IL should have been a lot faster.

For so long now anytime a package gets to this destination it's always stalled... I'm not sure how it is in person all I know is that when it has to pass through here I'll be waiting from 4 days to 3 weeks before it goes again. I have no idea what's going on there but it doesn't seem very good...
Nice friendly staff. But they seem to be closed a lot. I've been there at least 6 times in the past two weeks during business hours and every time there's a sign up that says "be back in 5 minutes". I don't think they have enough staff to man this location. They should never be closed during posted business hours.
My package been at this post office for over a week and NO one answer the phone ️..... Everyone must be fired from this post office... Need to send a complaint to the headquarters post office with my evidence package has been sitting there for over 1 week.
I NEVER RECIEVED MY CREDIT CARD THAT WAS SENT TO ME, SOME ONE AT THE POSTOFFICE STOLE MY LETTER,!! AND USED MY NEW CREDIT CARD TO BUY 3500.00 HUNDRED DOLLARS OF JEWERY. DO NOT TRUST THE POST OFFICE
The Glendale Heights post office is a joke!! I tried to call and the electronic recording said it was a 40-50 minute wait to speak with an agent--absolutely unacceptable. Where is the customer service. I have had an issue with receiving packages through the US mail. My mailbox is part of a communal set up. My box is private but packages are put into a locked parcel box and a key is then placed in my mailbox. Unfortunately the key to the parcel box does not open the box from the customer side. I have left many, many, many many notes for the carrier informing he/she of this issue. Nothing has ever been done. It is the post office's responsibility to maintain the mailboxes. Since I am unable to open the box with the supplied key, receipt of my packages is always delayed. .the post office wonders why mail volumes and revenue are decreasing--- it is clearly a matter of non existent customer service
My package has been there for 7 days they absolutely need to get fired and people who want to work there
