I much prefer to ship USPS and maybe during the week it is better, but today was the last straw for me at this location. I reluctantly went to the UPS store and got it done instead. You have a line of people stretching the length of the place and one person at the desk? Come on.

I am very busy these days, needing to ship packages to New Port Richey, Florida. Our friendly and very helpful staff and manager will always take time to answer my questions concerning proper preparation with packing and route for delivery. They are so friendly, you always leave with a smile. You always get fast service. I do not dread to go to the post office as I always did in past years. I sent a large box wrapped in Christmas paper containing things from my vegetable garden for my daughter and son in law. Well, everyone at the post office named it "The Big Salad". I sent it next day. It arrived intact and my family was so happy to learn that Jill Manager personally checked on their package in route to see it arrived safety. That was a very expensive salad. This is a really nice place. The Lady who works there at the front is so help and nice. She always makes you feel welcome and takes her time to help you with all your needs and questions!
A friendly staffed post office I would recommend.
I've been here since the 90's. I love all the girls here! I will make a 8 mile or more drive just to do business here because they're the best office in town! Worth the drive, fast, friendly and trustworthy. I've never had a single problem in over 20 years of loyalty! Nothing is ever late and I have not experienced great or even good service at another post office ever, which is why I make the drive! #ElmGrovePostOffice #53122
The ladies here are always so friendly and helpful!! ️ So refreshing after visiting a couple other post offices in the area where the employees were not so nice...
