After taking forever to get ahold of them i was told that the reason my package that i paid 1 day delivery for wasnt delivered for almost a week is because the carrier WASNT STRONG ENOUGH TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE and i have to wait for the package to be transferred to a different post office then i have to go and pick it up myself. Guy on the phone was very rude and combative. This place needs to go out of business faster

I was expecting a delivery that needed to be signed for (i was also leaving for vacation the next day and needed my package!.) I was home waiting and heard no knock but later saw a notice that they had attempted to deliver my package but no one answered. I called the office, they apologized and assured me they would call the mail man and get my package to me that day. 30 mins later he showed back up with my package and all was good. Thank you for correcting the issue quickly, and without any headaches!

I find most post office employees to be discourteous and snarky. I brought in an EDDM shipment and the woman disagreed with how I packaged it all. I was about to go home until the manager came out and agreed with me and took the shipment. It has now been two weeks and that shipment is still sitting in the post office.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Went to get a passport done for my daughter, my husband is not a US citizen, the lady at the counter was nice but her manager was awful, she was very rude, I wish I could remember her name but she was a blonde lady with short hair. The manager lady said we needed something american for my husbands identity, they suggested a translated birth certificate. The woman at the desk who was originally helping us was very nice said if we didn't live far to just get it and come back, so we did that, mind you, it is 12:30 PM at this time, there was a customer in front of us, the lady at the desk saw us and asked if we got what we needed and we told her yes so she was going to help us after she was done but of course the blonde lady tells us no they aren't doing anymore passports... It definitely says you can make appointments until 3 PM and I said that and she said no again they had a bunch of passports to do even though there was no one else in the building and said to make another appointment and come back... Just overall ad awful experience, we are not going there again. I just wanted to share because it was ridiculous. And as a side note-we tried to call before going back the second time to make sure they would be able to help us and no one answered the phone...

This location deserves a better reviews. I'm in there multiple times a week and this understaffed post office is always swamped with the meanest people. I can't imagine what nonsense the workers there have to put up with on a daily basis. The workers there have been very helpful to me as I learn to navigate the nuances and regulations of shipping domestic and internationally. From what I've personally experienced at this location, if you think the workers are being rude to you, then you're part of the problem.

While I never cared for this Post Office or it's delivery people I am pleasantly surprised with our new maillady Tina. Cheerful and timely deliveries are two descriptions I thought I'd never use when speaking about the Voorhees Post Office but Tina has now changed that. Thank you Tina!
