On Monday December 2, I tried to send a package to Pat Kerchen, who lives at 47 Fullam circle Allenstown, NH. 03275. I checked the current location of the package with my tracking number and for some reason the package went to Jamaica, New York. I don’t know why the package went west to New York instead of north to New Hampshire. What kind of service is this. A package being sent to New Hampshire shouldn’t have to go to New York. Whoever is sending the package send it in the right direction.

Reviewing a Post Office is kind of weird but the staff here is always friendly and they go the extra mile. There are a lot of post offices I can think of where you just don't get that kind of service or courtesy. There are probably 1500 post office boxes but they know just about every one. Mailing and shipping things can be confusing these days but they are always there with the best advice.
Called to ask a question and the woman was rude and snappy. She said they could not look up a receipt, which is a lie 3 other post offices have been able to look up for me. Lazy and rude good luck
All postal reps are extremely helpful.
