I recently had a tonsillectomy at this facility. Each member of the staff was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in their care. They made sure to keep me informed about each step of the pre-op and post-op process which kept me at ease during the length of my visit.

I have never understood why I have to wait in the lobby for an hour and half before they call me back. Why don't they just schedule better. I guess they feel their time is more important than ours. The staff is friendly and the facility is aged and in need of a face lift. The main reason to come here is that some of the Doctors that work here are top notch. The facility is major drawback. Well, that and the valet parking because there is nowhere else to park.

Had surgery on my ankle here. The people here are great and keep you well informed and comfortable. Would use this place anytime if needed and would recommend them also. Thank you United Surgical!!

Poorly marked entry to building, no parking, crowded waiting area, extremely rude receptionist and filthy dirty restroom 1 stall restroom to serve over 30 people. Unbelievable that this is acceptable in a city like Houston. Personally been to over 26 surgeries in our patient center for family members and never been treated so poorly. The conditions in the front are poor at best.Praying that my son is being taken care of in a better way during his surgery. One nurse did say she was sorry about the receptionist behavior. Ask if another facility is available if you are sent here.
