I bought a truck on the 21st, which was a Friday. I never like waiting for weekdays if I can possibly help it, even though I know Saturdays can be busy no matter where you go. I saw that they close at 1pm on Saturdays, so I purposely got there at around 1230, hoping that the associates who work there would try and move things along. However when I got there, I was seen right away by Maggie! She was very kind, fast, and transferred my title and registration in less than 5 minutes! Well worth the few extra dollars I had to pay instead of waiting at the tax office all day!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

Fast service! All the ladies know what they are talking about and can answer questions quickly. There is a convenience fee but I don't want to be inconvienenced by going down to the registration office. So I come here for all my vehicles and I have no problem with the fee. Handicap accessibility but with great pains. The ramp is narrow and bumpy and the door is difficult to open from a seated position if you are in a wheelchair but it is doable!

I come here for every vehicle I purchase and register. The staff is fast, friendly and knowledgable. If you're not sure where to start, give them a call and they will tell you everything you must bring for whatever you need done. There are fees associated with all services offered and they are fair in my opinion.

Horrible experience the Hispanic lady that sits on the left is very mean and gave me the run around for a title transformation. First time i went told me I needed to fix my inspection paper which i did and the place i got my inspection told me it was completely unnecessary but still gave me a new inspection. Then when i went the second time. She gave me conflicting and confusing information that made no sense. Said i needed a different dealer number then said the numbers where correct but didn’t match then said it was the salvage number that was wrong and i had to get a business card from the place that fixed my car. She just didn’t want to service me and was trying to find away not to. Everything she said was completely bull went to another office and the were able to do my title transfer no problem. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this business

I always go here for everything! The staff is very friendly, patient, and will help you with anything. I do all my title transfers, registration, and well anything else you can think of here. This is a million times better than waiting for hours at the tax office for typically rude service.
