Will not be doing business with this company. They are very pushy, kept trying to do late night appointments even though I said that wouldn't work for my family. Offered a 250 credit, but that is only good if I went with them. Had to cancel once, they said they'd contact me to reschedule and they actually ended up rescheduling without notifying me or getting my permission. They refused to come out without both "adults" in the home being there. I literally had to argue with their customer service about how if they can't come at a time convenient for me then they won't get my business. The woman was argumentative, condescending, and rude. She literally said "Do you have any say in the look, function, or price of the product? If so we can't come out without you being there" even when the other legal adult in my household would be home. All I wanted was someone to come out, measure, and give me a quote. I don't want anything fancy: White vinyl, no grid, double hung except two windows that need to be sliders. East peasy. A dozen other companies are willing to work with me to get my business. I would steer clear of this place if I were you.
