Lived here my junior year and loved the environment it provided. It is very close to campus, with a bus that comes by every 10 minutes or so. Maintenance is quick to respond and also always very kind. The set up is nice because almost all of your neighbors are college students as well so it is super easy to make friends. The only issue I had with it was some of the appliances are slightly outdated. The price is good (especially compared to other complexes near campus) and if you don't have 3 other people to live with they provided a Room Sync so that you can pick your roommates online.

This apartment complex is normally great, but has had huge internet issues. With remote schooling, consistent internet is a necessity for students. Despite this, multiple times last semester there were internet outages and slowness. The new internet provider (Pavlov) is unreliable.

Lived here my freshman year. They do not pay any mind to roommate matching. I lived with juniors as a freshman. I moved into a FILTHY apartment with dishes everywhere. Do not recommend this apartment. You can move somewhere else for a similar price point that’s newer.

When classes went online Fall 2020 (COVID-19), I called to tell them I would be looking for someone to take over my lease. Every time I called, everyone had something different to tell me about where I was in line for them finding someone for me. When I found someone myself and told UClub that I would be paying for this girl’s August rent despite having already paying for August, they did not go the extra mile to help through the process of transferring the rent I already paid to her account so that she wouldn’t have to pay. They ended up charging the girl for fees I had already paid and said that I would be receiving a refund. 3 months later, I still have yet to receive my refund. They also charged me 30 for parking although I never even moved in. I did not even have a car at that time. All in all, I do not recommend this complex. Find someplace else. They are complete hustlers.

The front desk staff are amazing and so sweet. They know me by name, and always have coffee or snacks! John the maintenance man is also amazing. I love the management here. They are very responsive and know what they’re about. Update a year after living here: I still love the maintenance department! Shout out to Fran as well who is very sweet and hard working! It's in the middle of the pandemic right now so a lot of the amenities are closed, but the office staff make the most of it and have good policies in place for residents.
