Great location and seemingly nice management. But problems arise if need anything from them. Improper charges, wait about a month for a possible fix. Locked out after hours, too bad the after hours guy never picks up and you're in trouble if it's a weekend or holiday. Bad roommates, can send photos, won't do anything unless involve police. Need something fixed, several days to send someone, doesn't finish the job, have to nag on them to get someone out again. Want to move out due to issues, have to sell your own contract as they won't sell it instead. In general seems nice but actually awful if you ever actually have problems. Nicest thing ever done was not charging me for the god awful mess my roommates left after up and leaving after had to get after them several times that nothing was my mess.

I have already moved out from the apartment for two years, today suddenly received a phone call saying I have 175 cleaning fee in balance , in the last month of the contract two years ago I don't have to live, so I let the staff one month in advance to check and I paid the last month's rent in advance, then confirmed that there is no problem, the contact was closed. Two years later told me the 175 cleaning fee, is everyone on this contract need to pay when move out. 175, although not much, but this kind of behavior makes me very disgusted, I questioned, the lady threatened me that if I’m not paying off today it will hurt my credit and attorney fee and court order fees will be added. No hints for two years, and called me up told me to pay 175 uncertainly cleaning fee and made me seem like avoiding bills, Ridiculous! The fee is certainly came out after I moved. Not to mention how much hidden fees I paid, Even if it's been two years, the nightmare still lastingly.

I adore this place so much! Every time that I come into the office everyone is super helpful and they are always nice. It honestly feels like a family. The apartments are clean and nice, no damage, and if there is then they always make a point to fix it asap. It is in a great location and right next to the UVX bus stop (if you don't have a car it is perfect) not to mention right next to campus and a super Walmart for when you need things quickly. Overall it is a wonderful place to live and I am so happy I was able to live here! Love you guys!

Solid apartment, good location, and super helpful management that is helping this place get better and better! Old management wasn't great, but since Greg was put in charge they've been working on making this place the best it can be. Greg has constantly been a great help in answering questions and fixing issues (even after hours). Location wise it doesn't get any better! Walking distance to UVU, a Walmart, and a UVX bus stop, so if you don't have a car you couldn't ask for a better place to live!

I love this place!! Management is super understanding. They take care of your issues to the best of their abilities and always try to see the best in people. This place is incredible. I've been here for 2 1/2 years now. This place isn't just where I lay my head. It's my home.

I have had nothing but positive experiences while living here. Management is always very pleasant to work with. Elisa has gone above and beyond for me. The amenities are a huge plus! The hot tub, pool, grill, and basketball court have been super awesome! Living so close to campus has been very convenient for me also. I cannot think of anywhere else I would rather live while studying.
