Great store as usual however I spent most of my time on second floor, linen, towels, small appliances, and dinnerware. Had walk to Entire second floor before finally locating a salesperson in the girls department. Seems she had come up on elevator. Very friendly and helpful young woman as all the staff is usually. It’s clear they’ve cut back to bare minimum. Sign of the time. Nevertheless I love the store and all its offerings. Praying for its survival.

Customer service was a lil off but got some good deals!
Ordered items online for in-store pickup. Wanted to try on items to make sure of adequate fit. Was happy to be told that I could use the dressing room. Same scenario at Nordstrom Rack but no access to dressing room!
I entered the store looking to buy an I touch watch. I stood by the watches for over 20 minutes and even attempted to approach a sales rep who said \I'll be right with you\. they were entertaining one customer for a half hour, all I wanted was the watch behind the glass case. I was ready and willing to spend my money there and no one made the slightest effort to try and help, I felt out of place and like I didn't belong there all be cause I wanted a watch. Never before have I felt so stupid in a store in my life. I ended up just leaving.
The customer service I received at Macy's fragrance department was excellent. I appreciate how knowledgeable the sales representative was. Thank you for my gifts with purchase.
