The worst experience of my life. All but 1 of my nurses were very rude. The staff kept ignoring my requests. I waited 1.5 hours for a wheel chair when i was discharged. While i was in labor the whole hospital ran out of pillows....my head was resting on towels. My husband had to sleep on the most uncomfortable chair since they ran out of beds. The recovery oom\ is a complete joke, it's practically a closet and the thermostat wouldn't work and we were roasting. Because of this completely terrible experience i am changing hospitals for future births.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The doctors and nurses here couldn't care less about your health and treating you. They prefer to accuse you of lying or simply ignore you. This might be a baby friendly hospital, but it's anything but friendly or helpful to the mother. As the mother or father you couldn't be less important and I will never trust them with my care or the care of my children again.
Horrible transferred constantly hung up on over three hours on phone and still not scheduled terrible
I was admitted to this hospital due to pre eclampsia.. I was there for 5 days. All of the nursing staff was awesome and most of the doctors were! My complaint is that 1) I was on magnesium for the pre e, and my baby had to be put in the nicu so I was not allowed to see him for 26 hours! (While I know this is protocol at most hospitals and nicu I think I could have been wheeled down there. 2) not once did anyone come in for hospital photos (I’m assuming this still is a thing since my friend who delivered at a Cleveland clinic hospital in July had hers) and we did not have anyone do baby footprints in which I just thought of a week later bc luckily our baby book has the ink and sheets to do so.... also I had a c section and nobody really told me the care of it at home and what or what not I should be doing.... I hope if I have a second baby I can deliver at my local UH and be treated a little differently there. Oh and every floor I was on (5 different rooms in 5 days) was told they were short staff....andddddd I did not get a wheel chair on my way out after a c section which I thought was strange because not enough nursing staff on that floor that day!
Horrible hospital! They will lie to you, kill or possibly kill you and try to cover it up!
