Less than 24 hours before surgery I was contacted and informed that I had received a misquote on the price of the lenses and Cascade Eye and Skin needed an additional 3000.00 for the surgery after I had spent 5 hours over 2 days with Dr Dahlhauser and several staff, the whole time being given the wrong information from everyone involved. One star is too high for a rating.

While my experience with the front of house team was fantastic (smooth check-in, friendly people, nice check-in nurse assistant, appt started on time), my time with PA Larinda Ogawa was traumatic. Entering the room, she treated me like a number. She did not ask for my name, my medical history, or even my reason for the visit. She was completely unconcerned with my physical or emotional comfort, was forceful in her examination, and completely dominated me when I attempted to state my needs. My needs as a patient did not appear to be important at all. Then, there was the brief 8-10 min appt to do an entire skin check where she superficially examined me quickly missing areas of concern. When trying to understand my condition, and share my concerns based on my history, my experience with my own body and health was completely ignored, and I was handed a pamphlet. This after waiting 4 months for an 8 min appt. I am still reeling from that experience. I have never felt I was treated less well while in a such a vulnerable position in my life. If you value your health and yourself, don't give this practice your business.
