I am highly disappointed in the quality of service and accommodation. I was given my key to my apartment and I was welcomed with the smell of urine. There was rat feces everywhere. Also, there was a rat in the toilet with human feces both in and on the toilet, including the bathtub. The apartment is not livable for my daughter and I. I immediately let the staff know, they refuse to give me a refund or provide any kind of accommodation. Do not sublease or lease from this apartment! Run away!

Do not live here. It is unsafe - there are break-ins and robbery's. (Apartments and cars) Do not let them mislead you - the environment is disgusting and poorly cared for - management and staff are incapable of getting anything done - Parents I can tell you this: the needs and safety of your son or daughter are absolutely not a priority here.
As a parent, I do not recommend you allow your child to live in University Square Apartments. My daughter lived in building E and there were several times she had to call the police due to homeless people and drug dealers making their drug deals. To my knowledge in the year that she has been there the police were there at least twice once for a drug raid and once for shooting. I once called the police regarding the homeless couple living in the back of the complex and was informed that there was nothing the police can do if the management did not call in the complaint. I called the management and was told that they never see homeless people because they're not there after 5 p.m. There was also break ins of the first-floor apartments during the Christmas break. If you are looking for college Apartments you may want to try U View or U Park ( which is also owned by Prius) or maybe just let them live within the community. University Square is not where you want your child to live.
Staff treats you like trash. Worst experience in my life, that a nice way to put it. Don't ignore the comments that tell you it is the worst place. They are telling the truth. Why would you want to come here?
I don’t know where to start! My lease just finished and I’m toooooo happy this is not just for college students they matched me with a 30 year old woman I’m 19!! And she was horrible!! And nasty ! Then every month the raised the prices!! Every single month I was paying so much money, just look around more you can find way better places than upark,usquare,and view.... RUN IS REALLY WHAT I WANTED TO SAY only pro is it’s super close to fau!
I truly regret living here. New management has literally messed everything up for me. If you're looking to live here go somewhere else. All they care about is rent money. They don't care about tenants here. I tried to sublease my apartment because I couldn't afford it and they told me I inhave to pay my rent plus an addition to 1000 If you're a student looking to get housing look elsewhere. Go to somewhere with professionals and not a bunch of crooks trying to milk students out their money
