I had surgery here a week ago and I am very pleased with the care I received. I was very nervous because it was my first surgery and, because of COVID, my husband wasn't allowed to come in with me until I got to recovery. The pre-op nurse was very sweet and took great care of me and made me feel much more comfortable. Several people came in to talk to me before the procedure (anesthesiologist, anesthesiologist's nurse, surgeon, surgeon's nurse, facility nurse). I couldn't have been more informed about what was going to take place in the OR. Though I was groggy from the anesthesia, I felt well taken care of in recovery and as soon as I woke up they called my husband in to sit with me. A nurse from the surgical center called me the next day to make sure I wasn't having any issues and that I didn't have any questions. Overall I had a great experience here and am very pleased with the care I received.

Had to go in for Hernia surgery. I was nervous of course, however the whole team was super awesome, kind, compassionate, and caring. But special thanks to Vicky (pre op nurse) for the great manscape and good sense of humor, of course along with the kindness and compassion that was shown, I could go on and on. Jennie (post op nurse) thanks for taking such good care of me and then not making me feel rushed to get out. The Grand Theft Auto reclining chairs were awesome, too bad we didn’t get to race . The waiting room Is clean, has tv, free WiFi, and comfortable chairs which some have tray tables to work on !! I never want to have surgery again, but if I must, University Surgical Center world be my first choice!!

Recently had a family member have a procedure here and the entire staff (especially the recovery RN's Sandra and Mariann) was awesome. Communication was great from setting up the procedure beforehand all the way to after we went home and they followed up several days later to make sure everything was going fine and we didn't have any concerns. I work in healthcare and would absolutely say the facility and staff went above and beyond in their care. I wouldn't hesitate to have any procedure done here again. We also had zero problems with billing. Thanks to everyone here for all you do!

This review is specifically regarding the care from my team that works with my Gastroenterologist Dr. Shultz. Got a call the night before with instructions. Arrived and checked in by Faith at registration and it was super quick since I filled out all the paperwork online. My pre op nurse Claudia was so sweet as well as my OR nurse Farah that promised to be with me all the way through my procedure since I was nervous! Tech Kim was amazing and procedure went quickly and without a glitch. This is In Network so I’m not discussing billing here just the care. A bit of a wait but that is expected since surgery is different for everyone . 2nd time having a procedure here.

Dr. Harrington has been taking care of my family since my daughter was 2 years old and now she's 12 and he also has taken care of my son since age 1 and he's 4 now. He sure knows how to make a child and a parent feel secure of his job. He explains everything with such patience and grace and lovely attitude. My son just got out of surgery and Dr. Harrington went above and beyond for my son. It bring tears to my eyes with happiness. The staff is always great, attentive, polite and gentle.
