My husband's battery died while at work late on a Saturday night. I called about 5 to 6 different places without any luck and then I called University Towing and spoke with Enrique. He was able to get to my husbands car within 20 min of talking to me and get him on his way home. I got a flat coming off freeway. In all the stress I ran across the street to use rest room. Had my little boy with me. I then locked my keys inside my car. I was ready to cry. I see this truck down the street were I live, never thought I would need them. I called and explained my situation. He said 10 minutes, and he was there in 8 minutes. He expedited because there was a small child involved. I was charged for the flat tire change, and just did the lockout for me. He was very concerned for safety. Put me in his truck while he did all the work. Incredibly, he even had waters and blow pops for the kids. Unbelievable service. They made my nightmare go away in minutes. Rick is the best. Highly-qualified!
