I genuinely can't tell if they have a physical location anymore. Their old location on Hobbs is shut down. The new location didn't lead to an actual store.

I’ve tried to contact Unknown because I had not received a preorder. It’s been 4 months. No reply. No refund. I don’t even want the damn comic anymore. Just give me my money back and stop advertising as if you operate like a proper shop.

Absolute thieving opportunists...reported to Better Business Bureau. If you've been cheated by Darren Hutchinson and Unknown Comic Books, then reach out to the artists on their social media, who offer exclusives through this place and tell them how you've been treated. Ask them not to work with the shop because it embarrasses them, collector's, and enthusiasts alike.

One of my favorite places to order comics from. I have placed over 40 orders. Some of them with 100 comics and never had an issue. They have also gotten back to me super quickly on any of my questions. There website is also really easy to use.
