WOW! I cant believe the conversation I just had. After being lectured from this biz owner about his business model and why he does not provide the service I need and then being rudely told there isnt much call to replace down filling on a Thomasville couch I would NEVER recommend using The Upholstery Shop. Even if he couldnt help me he had ZERO compassion for my plight to replace two large cushions my pet had basically destroyed. You would think I bothered him by calling his place of business to get a quote. Try somewhere else.
Wonderfully skilled craftsman; easy to talk to; reasonable fees. If you're looking to update contemporary furniture or have valuable antiques, you'll be in good hands (literally!) with Ken.
Excellent work on our 4 counter top chairs. Ken made them look brand new again. Highly recommended.
