Overall positive experience. Took the company online Guard Card course and had no major problems unlike many other online courses. Got the Lifetime Chemical Defense Certification online also and the permit is outstanding quality. Got the Exposed Weapon Permit from Nate Halprin at the Upland facility and he teaches a good course and can offer some great advice for those that need it on the range. He also has practical expertise applying for permits and the methods available for applications. The Baton Course was very informative, and offered insight into less-than-lethal use of force as well as escalation of force. For those that want to be informed and professional in the field of security, I do recommend Security Training Center.

I have been going to the Security Training Center for years and they have been outstanding. Nathan is an outstanding instructor and will take care of all your needs when it comes to getting your permits for guard card, firearms permits, exc. ... I have recommended a lot of my co-workers to head to the Security Training Center to take care of their permits and requals and they have have been very pleased with their experience while at the training center. You can’t go wrong with the excellent staff at the Training center!!
