Helped a friend to move stuff from one storage unit to another. Nothing particular special but the lady at the front desk seems to be nice and friendly. The place is quiet and quite spacious. Clean and not clustered. Only if that particular day was not one of the hottest day.....

Everyone at the front desk went out of their way to help us pick out and rent our storage unit. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the ease of moving in without the hassle of searching for carts and having to leave our driver’s license as deposit each time. The storage units have lighting inside each unit which helps me see where to stack everything. Finally, the free day’s use of the moving truck absolutely made our move less stressful.
Always a pleasure doing business with Judy. Wonderful experience. Our 3x using this storage facility.
The price for the storage unit is very reasonable plus they have a moving truck that they give you free for the day when you move now that's a good idea and I going to enjoy it. It's a very clean place to and the people are nice.
What made the experience so pleasant was the two ladies I had the pleasure to deal with. Judy and Cynthia were absolutely delightful and made the whole process simple and seamless. Great personalities, good communications skills and very informative about their overall services. I was also given access to their moving truck that was an added bonus. I would highly recommend anyone seeking storage facilities to consider Universal Self Storage and you will be very pleased with your experience.
