If you’re about to deliver load here and you don’t have Maryland Alcohol Transport permit then your day is ruined. You have to get the permit from 110 carroll St Annapolis and spend 85 money order. The guys sitting in receiving office are the rudest receiver I dealt. No manners how to speak with drivers.
