Pepco is full of you know what. Don't rely on an emergency appointment with them. They never come through but if you are late paying them they call you all day long. BS.

I lived in so many different places in the DMV area and I have never seen rates like pepco. They straight up ROB you. I use less than 60kWh per day and my bill is always over 200. A nightmare. oppression at its finest and taking advantage of people in lower class. Screw pepco and they have horrible customer service. Most of the agents have no idea what they are talking about. When I first moved in to an apartment my deposit was 150 than I actually ended moving into a different unit last minute and the deposit end up being 380??? What kind of bs is that? I end up paying it anyways and at the end of my lease they said I only paid 100 of it when I CLEARLY HAD RECEIPTS AND STATEMENTS FROM PEPCO stating other wise. Completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, incompetent, scheming, lying, straight ROBBERY.

Worst company to work with if you are a electrical contractor trying to get them to hook up the lines after a heavy up you do for a customer , they send you to 10 different people over a course of 6 months (minimum) if you never get the right person you never get it hooked up ... it's a nightmare , look forward to spending lots of time on the phones so bid any pepco job accordingly. BGE and SMECO are a million times easier and better people over all .... good luck dealing with them
