I love my new pet. The process was quick and the adoption counselor was on it. No delays or unreasonable requests. Pet was microchipped and received necessary vaccinations. Just had our first vet visit and everything was in order. The first vet visit is FREE too, if you use their approved veterinarians.

I've heard too many first hand stories of people's pets being MURDERED due to poor management & careless staff members. Not just something that happened once by mistake, but a common practice for this shelter. Disappointed.
