The location is very accessible being right off of 301. The employees were very knowledgeable about their work, and continued to be helpful throughout the entire process. Chunks of cement flew out of the back of one of their vehicles as I was passing, even landing INSIDE my vehicle through the passenger window. Driver wouldn't stop/communicate when I rode next to him and flagged him down. They made me go through a whole windshield claim form/procedure after contacting them, so I filled out a thorough and well-documented report.. only for them to act like they're processing it for 72 hours and throw the first excuse they could my way to void my claim and never talk to me again. Poor integrity and shady business. To your response: Fact is that your vehicle damaged my vehicle and you won't step up and do the right thing. You can put as many pretty words on it as you'd like but your actions haven't changed.
