Outstanding. that’s really the only way to put it. First we had a computer that needed service. Service was completed very quickly. Price was great. Soon after we made the decision to purchase a new laptop. On a whim, i decided to reach out to see if he had any refurbished laptops available. Two days later we picked up a great new computer. perfect condition. Preloaded with all browsers, adobe, Microsoft suite. he even added a feature that allows us to keep the Windows 7 start menu on a Windows 10 machine. Better price than the “big guys” and probably a better machine. Seriously can’t say enough about this company/guy. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend. this guy will be my first call for any computer issues i have in the future.
