Dennis T. made buying our Pre-owned Rogue simple and easy. He had us test drive 2 different model years. Once we purchased the car, he took the time to show us the ins and outs off all the features. The most important part, he gave us our space when making decisions, didn't pressure is and did his best to get us the most for the money. I would highly recommend Dennis T. if you're in the area. Update - 1 month later After completing the initial purchase and emailing the needed documents for registration, titling etc, it became impossible to get in touch with anyone dealing with my car. No confirmation the paperwork was received, no update it had been sent, no timetable on when it would arrive. Once my temporary tag expired, it took an hour and a half to print a new one, after I had called ahead. Where did the customer service go? I thought Nissan was about respecting time?

Honestly this was such a great experience buying from Ramsey Nissan. Earlier in the day I had been at another car dealership shopping around, but the salesperson was bouncing between 4 customers which ended up taking almost 2 hours to just walk away disappointed. When we arrived at Ramsey Nissan we were blown away by our awesome salespersons attentiveness. Right away he offered such insight on the different vehicles and their comparing prices. He quickly got us in a car for a test drive and made the process so easy and enjoyable. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed. I bought my car right then and there. I was happy to give my business to such a great place! I will definitely be recommending this location for anyone shopping for an affordable beautiful car with amazing customer service. DO NOT visit this dealership under any circumstances. I had found a car I was interested in, but live far from Ramsey so I called in advance to make sure it was still on the lot before I visited. I also wanted to inquire about the fee structure so that I understood all fees before making the trip. I was told they would pass along my questions to someone in sales and that I should expect to receive a call back shortly. No one ever called me back. A week later, I decided I was just going to go check it out in person since they provided no assistance over the phone. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday afternoon to test drive it. When I got there to see the car, they had me sit in the waiting area for 45 minutes while they pretended to look for the keys. Eventually they told me they \looked everywhere\ but couldn't find them, so I wasn't able to drive the car - I made the trip for no reason. Given that I called in advance about a specific car, they easily could have told me what was going on well before I left my house to drive there, but their customers are clearly not the first thing on their minds. I was obviously frustrated but still very interested in the car, and they assured me that they would call me as soon as they found the keys so I could come drive it. The dealership was closed the following day, so I gave them a call on Monday to check in. When I got through to a sales associate they told me the car had just been sold earlier that morning. No phone call or heads up. These people are unprofessional, slimy, and disingenuous. When I was there I saw another customer noticeably upset with their staff, yelling in complaint of the treatment he was receiving. I’m now not surprised after what happened to me. Go anywhere else.
I have been coming to Ramsey Nissan for about a year now and the staff are always welcoming and accommodating.
