The forklift driver was very helpful as this was my first time picking up from here...he guided me and told me where to chain the first & last wire coils and then how to do the rest without having to do every single coil...great job!! Even threw both of my chains thru the 1st & last coils for me....easy in one way in & easy out....plus I didn't have to tarp.... I definitely don't mind picking up from this shipper in the future
