We are new clients or rather our pup is Very impressed with the staff on our initial visit. There is a fine balance between dealing with the pet and also their human counterparts. These folks do this well and show a level of caring that shows and are knowledgeable about several other factors including area demographics as well as certain environmental situations and are informed, well informed. Luna has found her Vet! Highly recommended!

We brought our recently nuetured dog in to be checked while we were on vacation because our regular vet clinic was hard to work with and rushed us. It was easy to make an appointment here and they worked with our needs very well. We were able to ask questions and get all the information we needed. The service here is fantastic from the front desk to the vetrinarian. We would recomend their services to anyone!

I am so thankful Dr.Hansen chose to become a veterinarian. He is very kind, patient, informative, and knowledgeable about small pets. I tend to ask many questions and he is so patient with that. He is especially good with children. I remember when he opened his clinic 15 or so years ago, he had a big open house and invited local children to.tour the facility and see what a vet does At the end of the tour, he let the kids burn their name onto a popsicle stick with his laser. We recently had a very sick cat. When I took my young daughter's in to say goodbye to their cat, Dr. Hansen was so good, patient and kind. It really helped my girls cope with such a hard decision. Thank you Dr.Hansen. You get a 5 from our house.

Upper valley is great dr tew has taken great care of our now 3 yr old special needs dog.the office ladys are personal and friendly this is bear alias littleman.thank you everyone for helping us thru some pretty rough times!

1 star is even generous. My sweet, HEALTHY puppy was taken here for a “simple” (as doctor mentioned) urinary bladder stone surgery. However, she died in their care. I lost my sweet baby girl and they will not give me a solid reason. Never once was death or fatal complications mentioned when discussing with the doctor. PLEASE do not trust everything you are told by this facility, get second or third opinions. My heart is forever broken because of their unreliability. If you love your sweet pet, maybe think twice about this facility. Sure it was only my experience, but I just want to taken this opportunity to warn and protect your families. I would never wish this heart ache on anybody else, and this clinic seems not to care about what they did to my baby girl.

Upper Valley is always willing to answer any silly questions I have. They are kind and fast! I've had to bring my puppy 4 times in the last 4 months for each shot and vaccination booster that she was supposed to have. They helped me know how much each vaccination would cost and always asked before administering any that weren't standard. They were helpful in explaining why each vaccination was important and what it does for my dog. I was honestly sad that we wouldn't get to come back until next year after my puppy's final round of shots because the vet and his staff were so pleasant. Also, reasonably priced for shots and services.

We love Upper Valley Vet. They are very professional and make you feel very welcome and valued. All three doctors are awesome to work with and their front staff is the best! Can't go wrong with Upper Valley Vet!
