1 star is way too many for this location, or UPS as a whole. Do not use UPS if you have a choice. I paid extra to have a package shipped on a specific date. After an error with the address, I called to have the package held for pickup. I was told the location would call me within an hour to let me know it was ready. Did not receive a call and they were about to close, so tried to pickup the package. They said the delivery driver wouldn't be back until after 5, and they would be closed until the following week. I tried calling again to change to delivery on Friday, and the call system would not let me talk to a person and instead hung up on me. Can't call this location directly, so my only option is trying to go through UPS help center, which is no help. Highly recommend never using UPS, especially this location.

Web, phone and customer nonservice say the "held for pickup" office opens at 9:30am but it really opens at 11:18am. Been here twice for packages they cant find. The staff are super helpful at this location ( if you are nice to them ) but the company needs some serious help. Drove 53 mins one way two times for a package that wasn't there. Grrrr 5 stars for the staff have to listen to all the angry customers.

Went in to ship ammunition. Boxed and ready to go. Just a few days prior shipped one from the customer center in Portland no problem.. called into customer service and they said that I could ship ammunition from this customer center. Manager told me they could not print the limited quantity diamond label because they did not have internet at the facility. Not sure if that's true but was very disappointed as I drove an hour from Sandy Oregon to get to Tualatin.

Suddenly all the General Delivery orders are flagged as “delivery issues” - please train the staff to understand the General Delivery process. Past several months it was going well till this week suddenly all orders I should have received are flagged as delivery issue. My phone number is on all the orders, yet nobody has even tried to contact. One orders was intervened from Tualatin office to go to Wilsonville CA! And they returned the order, when all they would have needed to do was to drop the package off at the USPS for the last leg. Please train the staff to understand what General Delivery process is and would be helpful if one can call them locally, since they don’t bother to contact the recipients.

Sadly, the hours posted online and on voice recording when you are told where to pick up your package are not accurate. UPS representatives simply stated "yeah, we don't update hours". I understand Covid has changed how we do things, I just think a company the size of UPS should do a better job with communicating operating hours so we don't waste our time and have our packages sent back.

I was in a level 3 evacuation zone so I had my package held for pickup. I live an hour away and when I showed up at 4pm they were closed with no contact number or reason why. I have called customer service 4 times and every time they say they don’t know why this location is closed and to wait for a call back from them... But no phone call. I just want my package or an estimate as to when I will get it.

I always come here instead of a store when I ship expensive items through my company account. Jordan is always so helpful and friendly. He really seems to have a great idea of the subtleties associated with different shipping options and their nuances. Always great assistance from here.
