Booked the onyx party bus for my birthday. We had a blast me and my friends. Could not have asked for a special birthday. Bus was beatiful; black on black. Very new. Our driver Sean was awesome. Definitely recommend.
Booked a party bus for new year and had a blast with my friends. Now i needed a shuttle bus and party bus for a wedding in May. Customer service was nothing short of terrific. Between all companies that provided a quote, uptown bus had the most competitive rate and the newest buses. We booked 2 buses and are looking forward to using uptown bus services for our special day. We were looking for a bus for our wedding this year and decided to look into this company. I read the reviews and was nervous but decided to still see what they could do for us. The person running email is extremely rude and unfriendly and when my fiancé called to get more information they treated him like he was an inconvenience. When you have the bad reviews like they do you would think it’s in your best interest to be friendly to potential customers.. This experience didn’t make us feel like we could trust this company to do right by us. Don’t use this company the low price isn’t worth it.. “you get what you pay for” is true in this instance.
Thanks to UPTOWN BUS, we had the most amazing night out on NEW YEAR’S EVE . Their buses were beautiful and magical with all the beautiful lights, music , television and amazing sound system. It looked like a nightclub inside, but with privacy. We had such a great time, and that’s why we are booking Again for my son’s birthday in March. He was out with his friends on their buses and he loved it and wanted a night out again for his birthday . The customer service is great , very quick and efficient . They answered calls and emails very fast . Their drivers are amazing . We were very happy with our driver that went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied . So glad they are serving our area. Keep up the GREAT SERVICE UPTOWN BUS.
