We went closer to closing just because I wanted the kids to have less contact with people. They enjoyed themselves. Just not sure how they keep things sanitized and some patrons weren't wearing mask correctly but no staff member said anything. Not sure it would be something I take the kids out to until covid is under real control.

We love Urban Air! It's clean, the staff are friendly, and parents can jump, too! I love the annual pass option! My family can go as often as we want and tire out while spending time together.

first time taking my family. i like the place but they need better management. employees seem to have no direction. there were 4 people at the front desk dealing with 1 customer while i waited almost 15 minutes behind said customer. kids had fun though. i would recomend it
