We decided to visit Urban Air right at the start of the Covid pandemic (before the nation wide lockdowns). At first I was very disappointed as it was in poor condition. The Wipeout attraction was closed off, a massage chair had an out of order paper on it, and one of the obstacle course lanes was blocked off. Several of the employees also had a generalized bad attitude, or were just standing around talking to each other and not monitoring the attractions. However, some employees really stood out and made it semi worth it. Specifically there was an employee who seemed good spirited and cared so much that she was climbing the walls to clean off every single piece of the rock walls. Urban Air is usually better than this, so I won't be to hard on them, this was right before things got really bad in the area after all, so no telling what was on their minds. All in all I will return and hopefully things will be back to tip top shape!

Kids had a great time! They loved the ninja course and zipline. A little expensive but overall you get what you pay for. If we lived here we would do the membership for sure.

Great place and friendly staff. Manager was very informative and attentive. A little boy got hurt on the trampoline and the staff rushed to take care of the situation and gave the family a private room to discuss what to do. Little boy turned out to be just fine. Food a little expensive but that's to be expected. Early bird special was a great idea! My 6 yr old had a blast and climbed up the rock wall for the first time. We will definitely be back.
