I purchased a Giant Escape 1 Disc from Durst Cycle and Fitness about a month back and I really had a wonderful buying experience at this store. These guys have tons of bikes on display at reasonable prices. They let me try out 3-4 different bikes before I settled with the Giant. No pressure from the sales guys. They took the time to make sure the Giant was the right fit and feel for me personally. They listened to all of my questions. I will shop again at Durst. I highly recommend checking this store out. A!!! Thanks guys!

We bought our daughter a bike here. That experience was OK. Soon after the free 1-month tuneup, disc brake started rubbing. We did a simple adjustment but problem persisted. Wanted some advice. It's tricky as the quick release and disc brakes don't play well with each other. Guy didn't want to listen to our questions. Were told we should not have tried doing anything ourselves, would take up to 2 weeks to fix, and that it \probably\ wouldn't cost us anything. Forget it! Took bike to Itty Bitty Bike Shop and got the help we needed.
