AKA mafia.... Got shut off for a 181 bill, my fault. They are demanding 540 to turn it back on!!! Very rude customer service. Steve Marlow the CEO who is also a very smug man, informed me that the business is a monopoly!!!! Wow!!! Small town Mafia!!!! Update- I paid them their money, they turned power back on. 2 days later I lose power and call their answering service and am informed that I haven't been disconnected but they can send a tech out for 100. I wait till the next day and notice I don't have a meter! Call the office and sure enough they \accidently\ dispatched the disconnect. UNREAL
