Marco is the least value added vendor with which I've worked. We paid a lot of money for a phone system they don't have the time, willingness, or competency to maintain. It is as simple as that.
Absolutely the worst customer service for a managed IT company! You pay a premium for what you are sold will be premium service instead, the sales reps and managers lie about the services that will be offered, the customer service is terrible and the local managers are either clueless or they don’t care. STAY FAR AWAY!!! You’ve been warned!
Just interviewed with this company and spoke to Rich Bates. He did nothing but go on and on about himself and his success even though he indicated he had only been at Marco for a year. I have been in IT management and sales for over 30 years and very successful (top year being 120,000 in earnings) I was rejected on first interview. Stay away from this company if you wish to succeed. I have since been hired by another company for 10,000 more in salary and greater commission offerings.
