Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Technician immediately identified problem with our refrigerator and he fixed it. I thought I had to schedule a second appointment but it turns out he had the part that needed to be replaced. Thank you again for your response and handling of the situation!

My fridge Compressor went out in the middle of Summer and in the midst of a Pandemic. After 2weeks of failed attempts seeking technicians within my surrounding area to fix the problem. I got a hold of Nurlan and the rest was history. Nurlan was prompt is responding and precise in getting my fridge cooling/freezing again. He was professional and went above and beyond to alienate my problems. The fridge worked great until last week when it stopped cooling again. I immediately contacted Nurlan and he arrived yesterday and resolved my issue once again. Happy customer will definitely refer him to friends and neighbors.
