What a terrible experience, the lady at the front desk has such a nasty attitude. I walked in with my Insurrance card knowing that the clinic was in-network, the lady didn’t even bother to check Aetna and told me that we were out of network. We paid full price and when I asked her to submit the claim to the Insurrance, again; with her nasty attitude she said “NO”. I needed my EOB to claim it on a secondary Insurrance but she was helpless. If it wasn’t for the urgency, I wouldn’t even bothered to see the doctor. Stay away from this terrible place.

I cut myself very badly while surfing and i went to the clinic as a bloody mess. They got me right in, stitched me up and got me out the door with a prescription for antibiotics in less than 40 minutes. If you need serious medical care, go to a hospital, but for your typical flesh wound, etc, this place rocks. All Japanese staff was super friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. Im so grateful they stitched me so quickly becUse it was a gnarly wound. Aloha

Terrible reception lady I will give it zero star if I could. I was there today waiting for the Doctor, since I got nothing to do, I asked the reception lady if they had wifi there, and she said "we are not Starbucks!", it's really rude!! If you don't have wifi, at least you should reply in a normal way, instead of saying such harsh words! This made me feel very bad, and the reception lady kept a poker face all the time, just looked like everyone else in the world owned her something! Terrible!!! They should seriously consider about putting a polite and nice lady at the reception.
