This place is a joke. The employees are rude, and seem to have an issue answering their phone when trying to get a COVID test. After setting up an appointment they said there was a two hour wait for walk-ins, even though I had set up an appointment. I do not recommend ever going here

This place is a joke and run by a bunch of kids. I tested positive for covid and the PA said “well if these are your only symptoms then you will be fine”. They didn’t tell me what I should do to combat the virus. I never got a follow up call or email either.

While I understand the service level at this facility is largely impacted by Covid and the staff must be taxed, it is difficult to work with this facility. Hard to get through on the phone as their mailbox is full and can't get through for any follow-up. Seems the staff is a inexperienced as well. We took our six year old son here after a dog bite and they did not report the incident to animal control stating is not necessary as the dog's vaccines are up to date (which they did not even ask to see the vaccination records). Subsequently, I learned from PBC animal control that they are required to report all dog bites yet I cannot get through on their phone lines to ask them for the report from the incident.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The facility is immaculate, the staff friendly and professional. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes after filling out all of my paperwork. I was very satisfied with the medical attention I received. I would definitely return to this urgent care and recommend to others without hesitation.

Alexis was kind, professional, efficient and worked well as a team with Karen. Alexis was able to draw blood without pain, amazing. She and Karen were great problem solvers in getting all tests done. Thank you, I will recommend Urgent Care of Palm Beaches to others
