DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR RAPID COVID TESTING! I had an appointment and paid 150 for a rapid test, with the hopes of receiving my results within an hour. I called a few hours after leaving the testing site for my results and was given a verbal that I tested negative. At the time of the call I was promised a written copy would be uploaded through their patient portal by the end of day. After calling to request a written copy for the second time (next day), I was told my results were actually inconclusive and I had to go back and retest, forcing me to miss work without proof or documentation of my results. The management and billing department are not taking responsibility for their employee's actions or negligence - she lied! They have also been unresponsive about the inconvenience and my request for a refund.

I called to schedule covid-19 test for my husband and me (we had written order by our doctor for PCR test). We were offered an apointment, which we accepted and asked to hold; at this time no information was taken, such as our names. After holding for 1 hr and 21 minutes, I gave up. I called again, but was never connected to anyone. I scheduled an apointment (PCR test) with an urgent care very close to our house, at Golden Cove, for the next working day (results in a 1 to 2 days).

Dr. Doonan is knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and pretty cool. ...makes you feel comfortable and has great bedside manners. His approach is positive and optimistic. Also, the attending PAs there are competent and kind as well. Patients/clients are never rushed, but treated with care and class.
