This is one of the BEST hookah bars I've ever been to. The service was absolutely top notch - very attentive, kind, spirited, and funny. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy with sofas and colorful low lighting throughout. There are many games for guests to play, including Super Smash Ultimate and a plethora of board games. They have many hookah flavors and drinks to enjoy. The hookah itself is priced fairly/med-high with special add-ons, but well worth your money. They even have a private VIP room and a points reward system. This is definitely my preferred home hookah bar in Lancaster.
This is the BEST hookah bar, in Lancaster City! The owner, Nick, couldn’t have been more friendly, and his staff was genuinely courteous! I’d recommend Ursa Lunar, for their tremendous service, plethora of Shisha flavors, quality of hookahs (Egyptian), and an incomparable atmosphere.
UL is the best hookah lounge I have been to. I have been to multiple different lounges including one in New Hampshire and one in Boston but none come close to compare to UL. From atmosphere to quality of hookah to service UL is all around amazing. I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I love the place and the staff. They make every trip totally worth it. Plus they always have great deserts to snack on.
Not only is Ursa a really good place to get a London Fog or muffin. But the Lunar Showdown Smash Bros. Tournaments that happen there are freakin' sweet! Fair prices and good quality for them, too
I've been going to this hookah bar even before it was Ursa Lunar. The staff are always very helpful and not overbearing. It's a quiet and calm atmosphere to just sit and talk with friends. Plus they have gaming tournaments every once and a while!
Amazing and friendly staff, never a dull moment here and you get to meet some amazing strangers. Also they play super smash bros. Ultimate on sundays at 7pm
Everything is great here. One of the employees, Cody, is the best. Always makes the experience great (he also has killer jokes so ask him for one if you get the chance!)
