I never have any problem with thisbirder check point
like
the need to do more thorough checks
Officer claimed that I stopped early, when I was just making sure I was OK to move forward. Not only that, he told me to go and pay attention, even though one of the officers on the right was trying to inspect my car and I could’ve hit him if I went when he said. These people need to understand that they’re serving the citizens not controlling them.
Growing up along the border, these type of checkpoints were not an issue. Just answer the question and be on your way. I had friends from Taiwan visit and they said "No". Agent asked to see their passports, asked relatable questions and done. Very professional. I have only been asked once to get checked but that was for my dog. They wanted to make sure he was legal I didn't pick him up in Mexico. Showed them all pictures they needed from 10 years ago and his vet records.
While it slowed our travel by about 20 min, patrol agents very courteous and always have a smile. Travel through here around twice a year. Watched a patrol dog ID a car and the agents started to search it. Would love to see news reports of what was found.
This place is great i was rolled through very fast just answered their question and done. They already knew i was coming from my plates were scanned in nm for fast processing.
The Border Patrol is just as corrupt as the CPB. Everyone of those agents took an oath to the Constitution which they betray everyday playing at immigration all the while actually enforcing a failed Drug War brought on by fake news and looser presidents and legislators. - Officer Melvin Willis, retired Master Peace Officer.
We aren't crossing the border, so you shouldn't be stopping us and wasting our time. What's the point of the United States being a single country if you can't travel freely within it? This sort of bullshit makes me feel less safe, not more.
