Excellent border crossing experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were some system issues but that was resolved quickly and we were on our way in no time.

I don’t usually leave reviews for such mundane places but felt that I had to be the first person to say what a pleasure it was to have such an enjoyable experience at this boarder crossing. We are from New Zealand, and driving around Canada and Alaska, so we are going through boarder crossings all the time. Firstly we couldn’t remember where we had come from, because we had just been through Beaver Creek which is another boarder crossing the day before and now we have to cross back into Canada again just outside Haines Alaska. Anyway I want to congratulate the gentleman on duty and thank him for having such a great sense of humour and letting us Kiwis into Alaska for the third or is it the fourth time. Great road trip and thanks Alaska. We have had a very good experience at every boarder crossing in USA and Canada and everyone has had a great sense of humour. Congratulations to all of the people who work for boarder protection.
