Very rude the agent I talked with Juan if I’m right bc he answered the call and spoke super fast. All I asked was a simple question there was a death in the family we are all saddened and hurt then I talk with this agent who was so ugly and rude as can be.. I just had to hang up..I don’t know how they do there hiring but they obviously hate there job to be having a horrible attitude, please hire people that are considerate and polite to others.
