Just like most government entities, they work slow, and you feel like you're burdening them with you presence. Is it so hard to work fast? The people I saw in the office were moving like snails....I don't enjoy my restaurant job all the time either, but I do it quickly and I make customers feel welcome.

Waited over 90 mins to get a carnet stamped before having to leave to catch my flight without the stamp. If you need a carnet stamped you may need 2-3 hours to wait for them.

Mucha gente confia en su trabajo, los respetan y admiran por su oficio... pero no saben que su oficio es como si trabajaran en perreras... hace un tiempo varios familiares pasaron por violencia en otro pais y creyeron que los ayudarian.. y si llegaron al puente los entrevistaron separaron a lAs mujeres de los hombres, les dieron un papel a las mujeres con ninos (2mujeres 3 ninas) y a los hombres los encarcelaron... ellas sin saber nisikiera nosotros, deportaron a todos ecepto uno mi hermano... pero salio y se a querido asuicidar x 3 ocasiones por el daño tan grande y humillacion que paso sigue aki sin una esperanza, a los que regresaron ya desaparecieron 1.... el era soldado en ese pais por eso hulleron por amenazas sin saber que en USA les iria peor... alla deperdido sabia lo que le pasaria..
